Before real estate, I worked in extreme conditions—on drilling rigs at –40°, in attics, and on rooftops repairing HVAC systems. That work took me through hotels, strip malls, car washes, hospitals, data centres, and agricultural properties, where understanding infrastructure mattered as much as showing up and getting the job done. I built my business from the ground up and earned everything I have, which is why I don’t take shortcuts and I never gamble with other people’s money.
I’m also a real estate investor who has owned property in multiple provinces, so I understand how different markets, regulations, and timing affect value. I look at your home or land the same way I look at my own investments: how to protect it, how to position it properly, and how to maximize your return.
I bring hands-on knowledge of rural systems like wells, pumps, septic systems, and leach fields—details that are often overlooked but can have a major impact on value and risk.
